A YEAR OF DESIGN, RECOGNITION, AND COMMUNITY
In 2025, HBF and HBF Textiles celebrated a year defined by creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful design. From award-winning collections to immersive experiences, the year reflected not only what we make—but how we connect with the design community.
Thank you for being part of what made this year so meaningful. We look forward to continuing the conversation and creating what’s next together. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season.
DESIGNS THAT DEFINED 2025
Layered — Mark Grattan
A bold debut that made an immediate impact, Layered introduced Mark Grattan’s distinctive visual language to textiles. The collection earned top recognition across the industry, including Interior Design’s Best of Year Award, Best Textile at BDNY, and the Interior Design HiP Award for Best Hospitality Fabric & Textile—affirming its expressive depth and material sophistication.
“The relationship with the HBF Textiles team is not surface level, it’s different” says Mark Grattan. “I was very involved during product development, learning a lot in the process and I think this is of the utmost importance. I’m so grateful for the intention and care, and it really shows in the end product. I’ve learned to trust myself.”
Hazel Guest Chair — Alyssa Coletti
Defined by refined form and everyday elegance, Hazel received an Architect’s Newspaper Best of Products Award and was also recognized as a HiP Finalist in the Product category. The collection’s success was complemented by broader recognition for Alyssa Coletti, who was named HiP Product Designer of the Year, with standout moments at NeoCon and Design Days highlighting her thoughtful approach to contemporary seating.
“I imagine the experience of the individual,” says Alyssa Coletti, “and what would fill my emotional and physical needs in this situation or environment.”
Rhine — Ken Reinhard
Rhine brings organic form and thoughtful reconfigurability together in a handcrafted modular collection. Rooted in a tactile, hands-on process, Rhine is designed to adapt—evolving naturally across hospitality, workplace, and public environments. The collection was recognized as a Finalist in the Furniture category at BDNY.
“From a very young age I loved to draw and make things,” says Reinhard. “Whether working with wood, clay, or stained glass, I try to design and make things that will enhance people’s lives. Bringing something to life that did not exist before is very rewarding.”
Feel & Form — HBFT Design Studio
Launched at year’s end, Feel & Form explored the emotional and tactile power of textiles. Through nuanced surfaces and dimensional construction, the collection examines how structure, light, and touch shape experience—creating textiles that feel as intentional as they are expressive.
MOMENTS THAT BROUGHT US TOGETHER
ICFF — A Space to Pause & Recharge
At ICFF 2025, the Recharge Lounge by Juniper Design Group offered a restorative pause within the energy of the fair. Upholstered in performance-forward HBF Textiles and furnished with HBF seating and tables, the space invited guests to slow down—blending hospitality, comfort, and conversation in a thoughtfully designed setting.
BDNY — Co/Create
At BDNY, the Co/Create booth by Juniper and HBF | HBF Textiles became a destination for connection and discovery. Featuring exclusive previews, domestic excellence, and a celebratory Social Hour, the space brought designers together to engage, exchange ideas, and celebrate the work that continues to shape our industry.
LOOKING AHEAD
From celebrated collections to shared experiences, 2025 was shaped by the designers, partners, and community who inspire everything we do.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to creating—and celebrating—even more together in the year ahead.
