With crisp, no-nonsense silhouettes and a meticulous attention to detail, Barbara Barry’s furniture designs for HBF are inspired by the personality, history, and architecture of Southern California. While each collection has a distinctive look, one constant thread throughout is simplicity—something Barry strives for in everything she creates. The Frame table series explores the concept of “framing” a variety of tabletop wood materials to complement or contrast with its construction. This collection is nicely suited for classic modern business interiors and can be paired with other pieces in the Barbara Barry for HBF family of furniture.

Featuring a sculptural shape, durable upholstery, and slim profile, Conexus provides a comfortable and modern seating solution for collaborative work environments, lobbies, hospitality environments, and more.

Designed by Todd Bracher, HBF’s Nest is a comprehensive furniture collection created to foster social connection and nurture collaboration. The guest and lounge seating enhance the versatility of functional occasional tables; the combination offers a refined solution easily adaptable to many environments. The Nest chair, in particular, combines semi-translucent mesh back and steam-bent wood and gives it a sense of lightness and sophistication—enhanced by the gracefully slanted arms and beautifully detailed polished base. The futuristic Nest series look and feel different from traditional lounge furniture, while speaking to HBF’s expertise in wood through the framing.
